In pictures: OnePlus unveils its new phone, OnePlus Nord 2T

The Chinese company OnePlus officially revealed three affordable devices yesterday evening which are the OnePlus Nord 2T, Nord CE 2 Lite and Nord Buds true wireless headphones. Regarding the price of Nord 2T, it starts at 399 euros and is preferable to consider it an upgraded version of the Nord 2 phone.

As for the version that we will touch on, which is the OnePlus Nord 2T, according to the GSM Arena, this is the first phone with the new Dimensity 1300 chipset from MediaTek and also offers a 120Hz display and 80W fast charging.

In addition there is a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The panel is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 and features a 32MP selfie camera built into the aperture cut-out. The back houses a 50MP Sony IMX 766 main sensor along with an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP monochrome sensor. OxygenOS 12.1 and Android 12 cover the software side. The phone packs a 4,500mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging.

The OnePlus Nord 2T will come in Jade Fog and Gray Shadow colours. Pricing starts at €399 / £369 for the base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage while the 12/256GB model will sell for €499/£469. Open sales begin May 24 across the OnePlus Store and retail partners. Early orders come with a free pair of OnePlus Buds Z2 wireless earbuds.
