playing style

You get five lives that refill at a rate of one every 30 minutes. You can also refill your life quickly by using crystals. Initially you start with 60 crystals and you can win more by hitting the floating presents. You also have the option to buy crystals with real money. Players cannot repeat a level repeatedly like they could in older Angry Birds. You have to wait for your life to come back.

Angry Birds 2 lets you choose your birds before the start of each level. This makes it much easier compared to the previous game where all birds were selected by default. You start each level with three cards in hand, but if you destroy enough objects with your affair, you’ll fill up the “Destruction Gauge” in the top-right corner and earn an extra card.

The levels are now divided into individual chapters where you might have two or three sections to each. This means if you waste all your birds in the first stage, you won’t be able to move on to the next one unless you spend some crystals or start over. Any levels you repeat will be recreated each time. This means that no matter how many times you retry a level, it will never be exactly the same – an explosive box might be in one place the first time, then it’s somewhere else the next time, including a stone box.
